Zusammensetzung der Pelletproduktionslinie PELETON 4000 MT:
Das Rohmaterial wird über einen Feeder mit vergrößertem Behälter dem SA-600-Trockner zugeführt. Der aerodynamische Trockner besteht aus einem Wärmeerzeuger. Zur Standardausstattung gehört ein Schamotteofen. Der Ofen wird mit gewöhnlichem Holz befeuert. Ofenleistung 0,7 MW. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, einen Pelletbrenner PELETRON-250 zu installieren. Die Länge der Rohrleitung beträgt 25 m. Das Rohrleitungslayout kann so geändert werden, dass die Linie zur Herstellung von Pellets aus feuchten Sägespänen möglichst wenig Platz einnimmt.
Über einen Zyklon wird das getrocknete Rohmaterial von der Heißluft getrennt. Das Sägemehl gelangt zur Förderschnecke und die heiße Luft wird zusammen mit Dampf über einen Schornstein aus dem Raum abgeleitet.
Mittels Schneckenförderer wird das Rohmaterial der Pelletiermaschine PELETON-400 zugeführt. Die Rohstoffzufuhr wird über ein Potentiometer reguliert. Die Pelletmaschine ist für die Verarbeitung harter Rohstoffe konzipiert und kann Sägespäne von Nadel- und Laubbäumen problemlos verarbeiten.
Anschließend gelangt das fertige Pellet in die SB-100-Kalibratortrommel, die zum Sieben der Pellets von Staub und Kleinteilen verwendet wird. Es dient auch als Kühlung für das fertige Produkt.
Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, Förderbänder, eine Wiegeverpackungsmaschine und einen Beutelverschließer zu installieren

Surowiec podawany jest do suszarni SA-600 poprzez podajnik z powiększonym zbiornikiem. Suszarnia aerodynamiczna zawiera generator ciepła. Piec szamotowy jest standardem. Piec opalany jest zwykłym drewnem. Moc pieca 0,7 MW. Istnieje możliwość zamontowania palnika na pellet PELETRON-250. Długość rurociągu wynosi 25 m. Układ rurociągu można zmienić tak, aby linia do produkcji pelletu z mokrych trocin zajmowała jak najmniej miejsca.
Wysuszony surowiec oddzielany jest od gorącego powietrza za pomocą cyklonu. Trociny trafiają na przenośnik ślimakowy, a gorące powietrze wraz z parą wyprowadzane jest z pomieszczenia przez komin.
Surowiec podawany jest przenośnikiem ślimakowym do granulatora PELETON-400. Dopływ surowca regulowany jest za pomocą potencjometru. Pelleciarka przeznaczona jest do przerobu surowców twardych i bez problemu przerabia trociny z drzew iglastych i liściastych.
Następnie gotowy pelet trafia do bębna kalibratora SB-100, który służy do oddzielania peletu od kurzu i drobnych części. Służy również jako chłodzenie gotowego produktu.
Istnieje również możliwość zamontowania przenośników taśmowych, maszyny pakującej z wagą oraz zgrzewarki worków
