The Laska G530 frozen meat cutter is an advanced industrial machine built to cut complete blocks of deep-frozen material before further processing in splitters or mincers. The machine divides frozen blocks without prior defrosting. It utilises a powerful vertical cutting beam and an interchangeable cutting knife to slice the raw material into slabs of adjustable thickness. To maximise operational efficiency, these slabs can be simultaneously portioned into smaller pieces using additional cross-cutting knives. A built-in loading mechanism smoothly feeds the frozen material into the cutting zone, after which it is seamlessly dispatched into standard transport vehicles to keep your processing line moving.
