Boratas Stationary Impact Crusher DMK Series are commonly used for crushing medium and higher hardness materials like limestone, granite, basalt etc. for asphalt and concrete.

High capacity, oversize feeding, cubical product, high reduction ratio, and low operating and investment cost make these crushers the most efficient secondary crushers in their application field.

The Crusher body is composed of three main parts, of which, the hydraulically rotating upper body and the stationary lower body could easily be dismantled.

Crushing Takes Place In Three Successive Impact Zones In The Crushing Chamber:

• Zone 1: Primary crushing occurs by throwing the material by blow bars to the upper crushing plates
• Zone 2: The material passing through this zone is reduced at even higher rate accelerated by blow bars and new feed
• Zone 3: Shaping zone or grinding zone, the length of the grinding path affects the rate of coarse grain and cubicity
