4 – BASIC AUTOMATION SYSTEM

The command and control system is basically carried out with SIEMENS and DELTA PLC and operator panel.
Thanks to the BETOSISTEM device implemented with extensive knowledge and experience and continuously developed, very high capacity perfect weighing and dosing accuracy is achieved and displayed with process weighing and dosing algorithms.
There is a mimic diagram on the control panel including the system flow diagram, buttons, switches and signal lamps.
With the buttons on the mimic diagram, semi-automatic and fully automatic control of each equipment can be performed.
Extensive data communication is carried out at very high speeds while minimizing cable usage.
Thanks to the installed system, the infrastructure required for software and hardware options that provide many technological opportunities has been prepared.
Alternative possibilities are offered for all kinds of remote access (local network, internet, telephone line), intervention and service options.
Thanks to MMC circuits using DELTA PLC series products, uninterrupted production is ensured under all environmental conditions.

COMPUTER CONTROL AND CONTROL (SCADA) SYSTEM

The SCADA program operates on the DELTA plc package and provides perfect compatibility in the system with Totally Integrated Automation logic.
The system operates with animation support on the computer screen.
Control, monitoring, parameter entry, calibration, fault indications, recipe, report etc. operations can be performed from the computer.
All production and shipment information is recorded in detail in the database. Thus, flexible data management and sharing opportunities are provided to users and surrounding units.
