Liquid rheostat F8-12 CRF
The Rheostat is an industrial equipment that produces a variation in the value of resistance to the passage of electrical intensity between its phase terminals, in such a way that, when connected to a high-power industrial electric motor, it assists in its starting safely and smoothly, as it limits excess current and increases the rotational torque of the motor if it is connected to the rotor.
In Arecheta rheostats, the main body is made of sheet steel protected internally and externally with anti-alkaline coatings and paints. Its benches made of robust metal profiles do not require anchoring and have adequate accommodation for grounding connections. The careful design of the fixed and mobile electrodes allows the expansion of the contact surface with the electrolyte, cooled with the permanent renewal of the liquid column, difference in densities and minimizing resistance at the end of the start. An electrical panel is attached to the main tank where the control and protection devices for the auxiliary elements are housed.

O Reostato é um equipamento industrial que produz uma variação no valor da resistência à passagem de intensidade elétrica entre seus terminais de fase, de tal forma que, quando conectado a um motor elétrico de grande potência industrial, auxilia na sua partida com segurança e suavidade, pois limita o excesso de corrente e aumenta o torque de rotação do motor se estiver conectado ao rotor.
Nos reostatos Arecheta, o corpo principal é feito de chapa de aço protegida interna e externamente com revestimentos e tintas antialcalinas. As suas bancadas confeccionadas em perfis metálicos robustos dispensam ancoragens e possuem acomodação adequada para conexões de aterramento. O design cuidadoso dos eletrodos fixos e móveis permite a expansão da superfície de contato com o eletrólito, resfriada com a renovação permanente da coluna de líquido, diferença nas densidades e minimizar a resistência no final da largada. Ao tanque principal é acoplado um quadro elétrico onde estão alojados os dispositivos de controle e proteção dos elementos auxiliares.
